RF Microneedling in Corsicana, TX
The PiXel8-RF for firmer, smoother skin and softer scarring
THE BASICS
What Is RF Microneedling?
RF microneedling is the one to ask about when your skin has lost firmness as well as smoothness. Fine needles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, and radiofrequency energy delivers heat below the surface at the same moment, so one pass does the work of two.
Microneedling with needles alone reaches the layer where collagen is made. Adding radiofrequency carries heat into that layer and deeper still, which is what allows this treatment to help firm mild to moderately loose skin rather than only refine texture. Kyndle in Corsicana performs it on the PiXel8-RF, which adjusts depth from 0.1mm to 4.0mm depending on the area being treated. More about the PiXel8-RF platform.

YOUR VISIT
What Happens at Your Appointment?
You meet with your provider first. Your provider looks at your skin, asks what is bothering you most, and sets the treatment depth for each area. The jawline is not treated the same way as the under-eye.
A topical numbing cream goes on and stays for about thirty minutes. This is the waiting part of the visit. Bring something to read.
The handpiece passes over each area in sections, working down from the forehead through the cheeks and jawline. Most people describe pressure and warmth rather than sharp pain, with the forehead and jawline feeling more than the cheeks. Your provider checks in as they go and can ease the settings back at any point.
A calming serum goes on afterward. Your skin looks flushed, similar to a mild sunburn, and most people are back to normal within a few days. You leave with aftercare instructions and a plan for when to come back.
WHAT COMES NEXT
How Soon Will I See Results?
-
First few days.
Redness settles, usually within a few days, and the skin feels smoother to the touch. This early smoothness is surface-level and it is not the result.
-
First few weeks.
Early change starts to show. Texture looks more even and pores may appear smaller.
-
A few months after your series.
The change most people came for, as collagen remodels. Firmer skin along the jawline, softer scarring, better tone. This is not a treatment that finishes when you walk out.
-
Month six.
Results typically hold at this point, and most people talk through maintenance with their provider around now.

RF Microneedling: Frequently Asked Questions
-
Generally, yes, when it is performed by a trained clinician, though it is a medical procedure rather than a facial. Burns, scarring and lasting changes in pigment are uncommon but possible. Your provider reviews your health history, sets the energy and depth for your skin, and works under the oversight of Kyndle's medical director.
-
Most people describe pressure and heat rather than pain. A topical numbing cream is applied about thirty minutes beforehand, which makes the session comfortable for the large majority. Sensitivity varies by area, with the forehead and jawline typically feeling more than the cheeks.
-
Most people do three to four sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, which gives collagen time to rebuild between treatments. Deeper scarring sometimes takes more. Your provider will recommend a plan for your skin at your consultation rather than selling a set package.
-
Skin feels smoother within the first week, but that is surface-level. Early improvement often shows within a few weeks, as texture evens out and pores start to look smaller. The change most people are looking for usually builds over several months after a full series is finished, because collagen remodels slowly.
-
Traditional microneedling uses needles alone to reach the layer where collagen is made. RF microneedling adds radiofrequency heat that carries into that layer and deeper still. That difference is why RF is chosen for mild to moderate laxity and deeper scarring, while needles alone suit surface texture.
-
Often, yes. Because needle depth adjusts, the treatment reaches the level where scar tissue sits rather than only working on the surface above it. Deeper, older scarring usually takes a full series, and your provider will say at consultation what kind of change is realistic for your skin.
-
RF microneedling is generally considered appropriate across skin tones, because the energy is delivered through the needles rather than absorbed by pigment. Your provider assesses your skin, sets the settings for your skin type, and talks through any history of pigmentation changes at consultation.
